政府調達担当者や契約の専門家、サプライヤーの皆様が一堂に会し、新たな連携の可能性を探る「沖縄ベンダー・シンポジウム」を開催いたします。スタートアップ企業から既存企業、多国籍企業まで、幅広い皆様にご参加いただけます。米国政府との取引に必要な登録手続きやコンプライアンス対応、採択につながる提案のポイントなどを学べる貴重な機会です。皆様のご参加を心よりお待ちしております。

Information
• A total of 48 booths will be available to showcase products and services.
• イベントでは48ブースが用意されます。
• Base passes will be available for vendors with registered booths.
A maximum of three base passes will be issued for each vendor.
• 出展者のみにベースパスが
提供されます。1出展企業につき、3名までお申込み可能。
• Upon submitting your registration request and vendor pamphlet, you will be contacted by 18 CONS if you are selected.
• オンライン申込後（ベンダーパンフレットの添付含む）、選考に通過された方には、18 CONSよりご連絡いたします。
・CAGE code, Sam.gov registration, or Mastercard acceptance are not required to showcase at the event.
・本イベントへの出展にあたり、CAGEコード、Sam.govへの登録、またはマスターカードの取り扱いなどいずれも必須ではありません。

Prepare your
ID photo and Vendor Pamphlet
Take a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license or national ID card). Make sure the text is visible and readable. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF (max size: 10MB).
Download the Vendor Pamphlet and fill out your information and save with your company name.
証明書とベンダーパンフレットを準備
日本政府発行の有効な身分証明書（パスポート、運転免許証、マイナーカード）の写真・スキャン画像をご用意ください。
文字がはっきり見え、読み取れることを確認してください。
形式：JPG、PNG、またはPDF（最大サイズ：10MB）。
下記のベンダーパンフレットをダウンロード。記入後、会社名（英語）で保存して下さい。

Submit your information
Enter your full name, company name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, country of passport, email, phone number, and upload your ID and vendor pamphlet.
Carry this ID when entering Kadena Air Base on the day of the event. Base pass holders are also required to upload their IDs for identification purposes.
申請書を提出する
氏名、会社名、性別、生年月日、国籍、パスポート発行国、メールアドレス、電話番号を入力し、身分証明書とベンダーパンフレットをアップロードしてください。イベント当日に嘉手納空軍基地に入場する際は、この身分証明書を携帯してください。また、ベースパスをお持ちの方も、本人確認のため身分証明書をアップロードする必要があります。
