• A total of 48 booths will be available to showcase products and services.

• Upon submitting a registration request, you will be contacted by 18 CONS if you are selected.
• 申請後、選考に通過された方には、18 CONSよりご連絡いたします。
• Base passes are available for vendors with registered booths.

Prepare your
ID photo
Take a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, or national ID card). Make sure the text is visible and readable. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF (max size: 10MB).
証明書を準備
日本政府発行の有効な身分証明書（パスポート、運転免許証、マイナーカード）の写真・スキャン画像をご用意ください。
文字がはっきり見え、読み取れることを確認してください。
形式：JPG、PNG、またはPDF（最大サイズ：10MB）。

Submit your information
Enter your full name, company name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, country of passport, email, phone number, and upload your ID.
Carry this ID when entering Kadena Air Base on the day of the event. Base pass holders are also required to upload their IDs for identification purposes.
申請書を提出する
氏名、会社名、性別、生年月日、国籍、パスポート発行国、メールアドレス、電話番号を入力し、身分証明書をアップロードしてください。イベント当日に嘉手納空軍基地に入場する際は、この身分証明書を携帯してください。また、ベースパスをお持ちの方も、本人確認のため身分証明書をアップロードする必要があります。
