Ladies and Gentlemen,
We would like your input! As previously advertised, the SAME Japan Industry Forum will take place 16-18 November at the Tokyo International Forum near Tokyo station. We will open registration within a couple weeks. To help us, will you all please help us by answering these questions:
皆様のご意見をお聞かせください！ 以前お知らせした通り、SAMEジャパン・インダストリー・フォーラムは11月16日から18日まで、東京駅近くの東京国際フォーラムで開催されます。 参加登録は数週間以内に開始する予定です。 皆様のご協力をお願いいたします。以下の質問にお答えいただけますでしょうか：
The military will present their programs as always. Beyond that, what topics would you like to see presented this year. Please let us know via e-mail at contact@samejapan.org.

Note: We are especially looking for those interested in helping ensure we get the most out of the Whova application. We tried it two years ago and other Posts use it. We know the audience loves it, but we found it takes more effort on the back end than we originally anticipated.

The Tokyo International Forum sits almost on top of Yurakucho station just to the south of Tokyo Station and an entrance from that station leads into the venue.

Per request of a number of folks who wish to commute from the New Sanno hotel, we have reserved a block of rooms. The code to make reservations under this block is 251951. Please note that you must already have an ID card and access to make a reservation…or get your own ID card holder who is also attending the Forum who can sponsor you. SAME Japan Post will not be staying there and will not sponsor anyone.
You must call in to make this reservation via 315.229.8002 (DSN) or 03.6868.2322 (commercial, +81.3.6868.2322 if calling from overseas).

There is no specific nearby hotel reserved for this year’s forum. There are many hotels in the area covering the spectrum of prices. Recommend you look now to reserve a hotel to your liking. You may want to consider traveling a stop or two by metro or JR train if that is more convenient to you.
今年のフォーラムのために、会場周辺に特定のホテルが確保されているわけではありません。このエリアには、さまざまな価格帯のホテルが数多くあります。お好みのホテルを今すぐ探して予約することをお勧めします。もし都合が良ければ、地下鉄やJRで1～2駅ほど離れた場所まで移動することも検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。
Many JR lines converge at Tokyo station
As for the metro, the Yurakucho, Chiyoda, Hibiya, Mita, and Marunouchi metro lines converge at Tokyo, Yurakucho, Hibiya, and/or other nearby stations. You can see all this via Google Maps.
