We will not accept last minute escort registrations, so please make sure your members are registered by the escort close out date.

沖縄ベンダーシンポジウムは、政府調達担当者、契約専門家、潜在的なサプライヤーを一堂に会し、新たなコラボレーションの可能性を探ります。本イベントでは大手企業のみならずベンチャー企業や外資企業まで幅広い範囲を対象とし、米国政府（在沖米軍基地）とビジネスを展開する際に必要な登録手続きやコンプライアンスの対応の仕方などをサポートします。また、在沖米軍基地で業務を請け負った場合の仕事の進め方など詳しくご説明いたします。

Registration is open for anyone interested in attending the event as a participant. Please be aware that escort requests are exclusively available to vendors with a booth and will close on JANUARY 23, 2026 or once we reach maximum capacity.
本イベントはどなたでもご参加いただけます。但し嘉手納基地内へのエスコート申請については当日出展される民間事業者様のみとします。エスコート申請の締め切りは2026年1月23日又は定員になり次第締切（先着順）。
Vendor Exhibit Criteria

Must currently have or planning to have operations in Okinawa, Japan to register for a booth.

Only Vendors/Contractors that register for a booth will be given Base access Assistance; If you have other means of accessing the base you are welcome to attend the event however 18 CONS will not include you on the master base pass list unless you sign up as a vendor and meet booth exhibit criteria.

すでに嘉手納基地内へアクセス権限をお持ちの方はそのままイベントにご参加できますが、18CONS（嘉手納契約事務所）ではエスコート手続きのサポートは出展条件を満たしている方のみとさせていただいております。予めご了承ください。
