Join us for a comprehensive two-day training led by Ms. Victoria Okudera from the USACE Japan District. This official Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) course is tailored for professionals working on DoD construction projects and will be conducted entirely in English.

What You’ll Learn

• The Three-Phase Inspection Process

• Developing and Managing Quality Control Plans

• Submittal Management, Safety, and Scheduling with NAS

• Documentation and Testing per ER 1180-1-6

• RMS 3.0 and NAVFAC Electronic Systems

This 18-hour course is designed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to ensure excellence, compliance, and efficiency in DoD construction projects.

Certification

Participants will receive a USACE-recognized certificate valid for 5 years upon successful completion. USACE construction contracts require CQM-C trained personnel to be involved.

Eligibility

To participate, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a SAME Japan Post corporate or individual member (membership will be verified)

• Have at least 5 years of construction experience

• Serve as a QC Manager, Alternate QC Manager, or need this certificate to meet a current DoD contract requirement

• Be conversant in English
