Advance Your Expertise in Construction Quality Management
Join us for a comprehensive two-day training led by Ms. Victoria Okudera from the USACE Japan District. This official Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) course is tailored for professionals working on DoD construction projects and will be conducted entirely in English.

What You’ll Learn
The Three-Phase Inspection Process
Developing and Managing Quality Control Plans
Submittal Management, Safety, and Scheduling with NAS
Documentation and Testing per ER 1180-1-6
RMS 3.0 and NAVFAC Electronic Systems
This 18-hour course is designed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to ensure excellence, compliance, and efficiency in DoD construction projects.
Certification
Participants will receive a USACE-recognized certificate valid for 5 years upon successful completion.
USACE construction contracts require CQM-C trained personnel to be involved.
Eligibility
To participate, you must meet the following criteria:
Be a SAME Japan Post member (membership will be verified)
Have at least 5 years of construction experience
Serve as a QC Manager, Alternate QC Manager, or need this to meet a current DoD contract
Be conversant in English
