We’ll start with a brief SAME Japan Programs update, followed by open 5-minute Lightning Rounds where the floor is open to members. Anyone can talk about their company, share an interesting project, or present a cool idea. These fast-paced, informal talks are always a highlight — think TED Talk energy meets real engineering conversations!

We’ll provide a quick overview of active and recently posted SAM.gov solicitations related to DoD infrastructure projects in Okinawa. This segment will highlight key opportunities and help attendees stay informed on upcoming contracting work in the region.
