A precision, laser‑based coating and surface contaminant removal technology enabling selective, layer‑by‑layer removal with minimal substrate impact. The system operates without chemicals or abrasive media, reducing secondary waste while improving operator safety and environmental compliance.

★Induction Heating Paint Removal System (Manufactured by DAI ICHI HIGH FREQUENCY CO., LTD.)

The Induction Heating Paint Removal System applies controlled electromagnetic induction to rapidly heat steel substrates, softening the adhesive bond between the coating and base material to enable efficient mechanical removal. This method significantly reduces dust, noise, and secondary waste compared to abrasive blasting, mechanical grinding, or chemical stripping methods.

誘導加熱塗装剥離システムは、制御された電磁誘導を適用して鋼材基材を急速に加熱し、塗膜と基材の接着結合を軟化させることで効率的な機械的剥離を可能にする。この方法は、研磨ブラスト、機械研削、または化学剥離法と比較して、粉塵、騒音、二次廃棄物を大幅に削減。

🧭 Demonstration Format & Agenda

1300–1310 | Mandatory Safety Briefing

A focused safety briefing addressing:

• Active construction site conditions

• Laser and induction‑heating equipment hazards

• Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety glasses, high‑visibility vest, and appropriate safety footwear

• Controlled‑area boundaries, group movement, and emergency procedures

1300–1310 | 重点安全ブリーフィングの内容：

・建設現場の稼働状況

・レーザー及び誘導加熱装置の危険性

・必要な個人用保護具（PPE）：ヘルメット、安全ゴーグル、視認性ベスト、適切な安全靴

・管理区域の境界、集団移動、緊急時手順

1310–1600 | Open Demonstration & Technical Engagement (Rotating Groups)

Following the safety brief, the demonstration will operate as an open, rotating format to manage attendee flow and ensure safety, visibility, and meaningful interaction.

• Attendees will be organized into small groups

• Demonstrations will be conducted in controlled intervals

• Each group will receive up‑close observation, operator explanations, and opportunities for technical discussion

• The same PPE requirements apply throughout the demonstration period

SAME representatives and technical staff will be on‑hand throughout the event to support questions, one‑on‑one discussions, and operational clarifications without a rigid presentation schedule.

1310–1600 | 公開デモンストレーション＆技術交流（グループローテーション制）

安全説明の後、参加者の流れを管理し、安全性・視認性・有意義な交流を確保するため、デモンストレーションはローテーション形式で実施されます。

• 参加者は少人数グループに編成されます

• 各グループは至近距離での観察、オペレーターによる説明、質疑応答

• デモンストレーション中は同一のPPE要件が適用されます
